1.How to place an order with you?
First step, please register as our member.
Second step, please enter into “online store” or choose the kind of the items on the left column.
Third step, choose the items you would like to order and take it into your cart.
Fourth step, please click the button of “view my cart” to confirm your order after you finished your shopping. Then the total value of your order will be worked out automatically.
Fifth step, please click the button of “submit” after you confirmed your order, then the order will be submitted to us automatically. Then we will send you a mail to you about the total value with the shipping cost of your order.
2.What kind of payment you accept?

3.How do you ship and how do you charge for shipping?
The shipment method for your choice: Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT and air parcel. For detailed charge,.Please advise us the information about your address, then we will let you know the information about shipping charge. Yes, the shipping charge is including to insurance.
4.What is your lead time (producing period)?
It is up to our stock condition. As a rule, it is about 1-2 days if it is in stock. For some items, which are not available in our stock, the producing period of them will take about 2 weeks.
5.What is the minimum order quantity requirement?
With a view for future business, we have no any minimum order quantity requirement for the total value of your order (can be different items combined). For some items, there will have minimum order quantity requirement, you will find at the regarding products description when you are shopping.
6.Do you accept the customer order?
Yes, our manufactory could make it according to your requirement, no matter for the shape (such as oval, tear, heart, square, rectangular, diamond of facet shape) or different size. In addition, we also could make the gemstone & semiprecious stone with carving or cabochons, which is made according to your requirement.
